Our in-house Dubai based Claims Manager, a former Chief Engineer and internationally experienced marine surveyor, brings more than 30 years of specialist expertise to support clients through the full claims process. His background spans 14 years at sea and 25 year career on shore including a post leading a Middle East ship management company and senior marine surveyor handling P&I/H&M survey assignments, Lloyd's Register surveying, LPG/LNG expertise and specialized assignments including JH 143 shipyard audits, towage approvals, MWS work, port & terminal risk assessments and general average engagements across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

This depth of technical knowledge ensures our clients receive expert guidance from the outset of an incident — interpreting survey findings, identifying key issues, advising on policy response, and ensuring claims are presented accurately and persuasively to underwriters.
