• Yacht and aviation insurance
• Legal cost protection

We act as an intermediary between clients and insurance providers. We do not underwrite insurance policies ourselves.

3. Professional Duties

As your insurance broker, we will:

• Act in your best interests when arranging insurance coverage
• Provide professional advice based on your specific requirements
• Present quotes from appropriate insurance markets
• Assist with claims administration and advocacy
• Maintain confidentiality of your information

4. Client Obligations

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your insurance needs
• Disclose all material facts that may affect insurance coverage
• Pay premiums and fees in accordance with agreed terms
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your risk profile
• Report claims in a timely manner

5. Fees and Compensation

Our compensation may include:

• Brokerage commissions paid by insurance providers
• Brokerage fees charged directly to clients
• Administrative and service fees

We will disclose our compensation arrangements upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We maintain professional indemnity insurance as required by regulatory authorities. We are not liable for:

• The solvency or performance of insurance providers
• Claims denied due to policy exclusions or client non-disclosure
• Market conditions affecting availability or pricing of insurance

7. Regulatory Compliance

Orion International Insurance Brokers Ltd LLC is regulated by the relevant insurance regulatory authorities in the jurisdictions where we operate. We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate our professional relationship upon written notice. Termination does not affect existing insurance policies or our obligations regarding ongoing claims.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
